Our platform combines best-in-class streaming, warehousing, ML infrastructure, and data analytics. With a proven technical foundation and early MVP adoption, we’re now scaling our product capability.
The Opportunity
You will own the product strategy and roadmap for our data platform, working hand-in-hand with a seasoned technology team and visionary senior leadership. Your mission:
to define, deliver, and scale a product that unlocks data value across the player journey,
other internal products, and external strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop and refine the long-term vision for our Data Platform-as-a-Service, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Own product discovery: identify high-impact problems, validate opportunities, and prioritise roadmap.
- Champion internal adoption of platform capabilities by product and engineering leads across ventures.
Product Execution & Ownership
- Define product requirements and maintain a structured, prioritised backlog.
- Run grooming and sprint planning with cross-functional teams (Data and Analytical Engineering, Data Science, Data Quality and DataOps).
- Monitor and unblock delivery in-flight; escalate risks and drive resolution of trade-offs.
Market & Customer Insight
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to inform differentiation.
- Translate technical features into clear value propositions and user narratives.
- Establish and manage customer advisory boards or early access programmes to validate direction and improve adoption.
Quality & Product Integrity
- Partner with QA to uphold reliability, quality, and platform integrity.
- Instrument and monitor KPIs, usage metrics, and adoption patterns.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and regulatory frameworks across regions.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Drive cross-platform coherence by aligning shared data capabilities across player engagement, payments, fraud, risk, sportsbook and customer service platforms.
- Collaborate closely with other product leads to align on shared platform capabilities and interdependencies, fostering a unified product culture across platforms.
- Build and mentor a high-leverage data product function as the platform scales, setting clear direction and modelling principled, hands-on product leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with Design and Marketing to craft product collateral and go-to-market narratives.
- Deliver demos and support pre-sales engagements with commercial teams.
- Communicate roadmap updates and rationale internally and externally.
- Develop artefacts that scale understanding: platform playbooks, onboarding guides, and adoption frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in product leadership roles, ideally building data warehouses, data integrations, and/or BI & analytical tools.
- Solid knowledge of iGaming PAMs, PSPs, Sportsbook, Affiliate & MarTech Platforms, and player lifecycle data in gaming markets.
- Familiarity with the concepts behind modern data infrastructure tools such as Apache Airflow, Snowflake, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, dbt, Apache SuperSet and MLOps platforms.
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out to vision and zoom in to grooming details.
- Strong communicator with effective cross-functional collaboration across casino operations, commercial teams, and executive leadership..
- Thrives in early-stage, fast-paced environments with ambiguity, and a hands-on mindset.
- Strong instincts for MVP scoping and lean iteration in data product development.
Nice to Have
- Background or interest in AI/ML infrastructure or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with high-volume, low-latency sectors (e.g., payments, sportsbook).
- Prior experience in product-led growth or self-serve platforms.
- Experience in API-first product design or developer-facing platforms is a plus.
- Experience contributing to pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies for data products.
